Anne Seidler Russell CRB, CRS, GRI, CBR, Broker/Owner, originally from New Jersey, is a University of New Hampshire graduate and former educator having taught at the local High School. She brings years of experience in relocation and real estate knowledge to the business. A past director of the Seacoast Board of Realtors she currently serves as Chair of Professional Standards and has served on the Education Committee. As Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Coastal Economic Development Corporation she works with local businesses to offer gap financing and support job creation in our local area. Anne has been a long time member of the Hampton Rotary Club chairing/supporting many projects throughout the year. She serves as the Rotary liaison to the Hampton Community Coalition. Anne enjoyed skiing and equestrian activities with her family and continues her interest in tennis and golf.

Kristen Russell, Broker/Office Manager a graduate of Governor Dummer Academy and the University of Rhode Island, has been active in the business since 1992. She has enjoyed working with customers and clients as well as providing marketing and advertising for the company. She has been responsible for keeping Russell Associates technologically up to date through the years. She is a member of the local, state and national REALTOR associations as well as the NH Commercial Investment Board of REALTORS. Kristen is very active in the community and enjoys her involvement in many organizations. She serves as President of the Board for The Friends of the Hampton Mounted Patrol. She is also a board member for Experience Hampton. Kristen lives in Hampton with her family. She loves to garden, is an avid skier and an active horsewoman.

Leslie Russell Lafond, REALTOR graduated from Governor Dummer Academy, the University of New Hampshire and the Virginia Paralegal Institute. As an independent title examiner, Contract Closer and REALTOR, she combines her knowledge of the area with information obtained during her work at the Registry of Deeds. Leslie is a knowledgeable resource for instant information for our customers and clients. Leslie and her family reside in Hampton where she is active in the school system, serving as a member of the Winnacunnet School Board and the Governing Board of Seacoast School of Technology. She volunteers at several non-profits in the Seacoast area. Whether working with a first time Buyer or a seasoned home owner, Leslie enjoys making the process smooth and enjoyable!

Teresa Tighe Thomson, REALTOR has an Associates degree from Endicott College, Beverly, MA, and is a graduate of Methodist College, Fayetteville, NC with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration. Throughout the past 30 years Terri has worked in customer service positions in retailing, express delivery and with a major airline as a flight attendant and supervisor. Her background in the service industry has prepared her for a career in Real Estate dealing with a wide variety of customers and their needs. She has lived in Boston, Korea, North Carolina, Illinois, and Washington, D.C. and has traveled extensively around the world. Terri is a native of the Seacoast Area, growing up in North Hampton where she resides today. She attended local schools and returned to the area in 1986 to raise her own family. Her daughters, Caitlyn and Meaghan live close by and along with her grandson, Kyle, share Terri’s enthusiasm for travel and love of the beach.
